This makes for a high level of effectiveness and extremely low fixed costs, a benefit that we pass on to our customers.
In addition, this form of organization gives us a very high level of flexibility. We do not labour under a heavy organizational structure, and we are ready at any time to respond quickly to opportunities as they arise.
